Abstract

Due to the need to clarify the interaction between tooth surface lubrication characteristics and dynamic behavior, it is necessary to consider the influence of time-varying characteristics of lubrication contact on dynamic behavior and the effect of dynamic gear tooth force on lubrication characteristics, establish a friction dynamics coupling analysis model for spur gears, and achieve accurate prediction of dynamic response and lubrication characteristics. In this paper, the planetary gear transmission system model is built, the planetary gear transmission system model is solved, and the lubrication performance of planetary gear transmission is analyzed.
