Abstract

Fresh food is a vital food source for humans daily, with rigid consumption demands. With the development of cold chain logistics, people’s demand for fresh food keeps growing. Optimizing cold chain logistics is very significant to meet the growing needs of people for a better life. To take FRESHIPPO as an example, it perfectly satisfies the customers’ needs for convenience. In this paper, we analyzed the technologies, industry supervision, facilities construction, talent cultivation, and the current situation of cold chain logistics in FRESHIPPO and China. Also, we tried to find out the deficiencies and the causes and then put forward relative optimized measures and suggestions to offer guidance and advice for the development and the weaknesses of the cold chain logistics of FRESHIPPO.
