Abstract
In this paper Jaya algorithm is successfully applied to solve optimization problem. Material Removal Rate (MRR), Tool wear Rate (TWR), Radial Overcut (G) are taken as response function and Maximize, minimize and minimize respectively. While four EDM parameter considered as input parameter i.e. pulse current (Ip), pulse on time (Ton), duty cycle (Tau) and gap voltage (V). After experiment mathematical model were developed by Minitab 18. Optimization done by Jaya algorithm
