At this time, PT Karya Setiawan Ekatama has not maximizes its digital marketing yet to increase the customer’s awareness and survives in this tight competition. Therefore, this article discuss about optimizing digital marketing, especially social media, at PT Karya Setiawan Ekatama as their marketing media. Using qualitative method and in depth interview as the research method and data, the data will be analyzed in social media optimization (SMO) theory. Based on the analysis, PT Karya Setiawan Ekatama has to fix their official website and also Facebook account, in order to get a bigger market. Moreover, they have to add several informations about the departure schedule, route, and rates on their Instagram account.
