Abstract

The process of the heat-treatment of cement-bonded particleboards was examined theoretically and experimentally. For the calculation of this process, the physical-mathematical model was worked out and numerically was realized. The heat-physical qualities (heat-conductivity, specific heat-capacity) of the cement-bonded particleboard through experimental and calculation methods were examined. The corresponding generalized calculation-dependences were gotten. The kinetics of the hydratation of cement in the wood-cement mixture according to the different technological factors was examined experimentally. The experiments concerning the influence of the temperature-medium in the area of 323 to 353 K on the early strength properties and the end strength properties of cement-bonded particleboards were carried out.
