Abstract

The partition of the distribution network planning is an essential issue in the urban distribution network planning. The coordination problem with the city planning is ignored in the traditional distribution network planning partition. Based on the study of the influence of urban morphological characteristics on the partition of distribution network planning, this paper puts forward the optimal weighted Voronoi diagram method for the distribution network planning considering the coordinated benefit of city planning, and the optimal weighted model considering the regional distribution of the traditional distribution network and the comprehensive benefit of the city. This method divides the city into blocks according to the natural factors such as urban roads and rivers, and takes the substation as the generators, taking into account the city planning coordinated benefit factors including the morphological characteristics, the construction function, behavior activities and the layout of the city. Considering the influence of land load density, power supply radius and attribution on the division of power supply partition, the optimal weighted model is established to control the velocity of the substation generator spreading around so that the distribution network can take into account the different urban forms to ensure the rationality of the zoning results and coordination with city planning. Finally, a practical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method.
