Abstract

Patients with prior stillbirth have increased risk of subsequent stillbirth, with odds ratio 3.2 for previous unexplained stillbirth. This study sought to determine optimal timing of delivery in pregnancies with prior stillbirth by accounting for common neonatal morbidities associated with late preterm and early term delivery.
