Abstract
By using the finite element analysis method, this paper firstly conducted simulation test for phone packing boxes under ANSYS environment. As a result, the force distributiones of packing boxes under different loading conditions were calculated, the reliability of cushion packing box is obtained. Finally, structural optimization is conductedwas carried out to the location where may undertake bigger force. Then, experiments and tests were conducted to the optimized packing box. In the meantime, the theoretical simulation result and the measured result from test are compared. Repeated comparisons have been carried out to draw the final decision.
