Abstract

With the wildly concerns on carbon emission around the world, it has become a broad consensus to vigorously develop new energy. The high portion of new energy means great challenge in power balance. In order to meet the dual requirements of low carbon emission and high power supply reliability, it is of great significance to fully mobilize flexible resources on the load side and reasonably plan the power supply structure. This paper proposes an optimal planning model of prospective power supply structure, in which the demand response and seasonal energy storage have been considered. And the generation cost of various power supplies is divided into three categories, in which the carbon emission cost has been considered. Stochastic production simulation and particle swarm optimization algorithm are adopted to look for the optimal power supply scheme. At last, a case study is conducted to verified the feasibility of the model.
