Abstract
Resilience reflects the ability of power grid to resist extreme disasters, reduce fault losses and restore power supply as soon as possible. Improving grid resilience is one of the core requirements of smart grid. The PIES (park integrated energy system) can support partial electric power to the distribution network when the distribution network suffers from extreme faults. In this paper, the optimal planning of park integrated energy system considers the resilience of distribution network. Resilience income of PIES in the resilience scenes is proposed based on the resilience assessment of distribution network. Then the mathematical model of optimal planning of PIES considering the resilience income of PIES is proposed to improve the distribution network's resilience. The example analysis shows that the established optimal planning scheme of PIES considering the resilience scenes can make the PIES obtain benefits by supporting the power grid when extreme accidents occur, and improve the resilience index of the distribution network at the same time.
