Abstract

In order to reasonably allocate the benefits among the subjects in the IES (Integrated Energy System), this paper proposes an optimal operation strategy of the IES considering energy storage based on the Stackelberg game. Firstly, the structure and operation mode of the IES containing energy storage plants are introduced. Then, the Stackelberg game model is established by considering operators and user aggregators as leaders and followers. Finally, a genetic algorithm combined with a Cplex solver is used to solve the model in a distributed manner. The results of the algorithm show that the strategy can optimize the revenue functions of the game participants independently, effectively avoiding the influence of subjective factors. Meanwhile, compared with the Stackelberg game model without considering energy storage, the model enhances the capability and flexibility of user electric load demand response, reduces the user-side cost, and improves the operator's revenue.
