Abstract

With the continuous deepening of the electricity sales side, the entire power market will gradually evolve into a three-dimensional, open, and efficient integrated platform. The introduction and innovation of new market players and trading systems will certainly affect the costs and benefits of grid companies. Have a broad and far-reaching impact. At the same time, power grid companies are gradually changing the past development strategy of “heavy transmission grid, light distribution network”, and began to attach importance to the coordinated development and construction of transmission and distribution networks. This paper divides its revenue into transmission and distribution business revenue and electricity sales business revenue according to the business model of the power grid enterprise, and establishes a corresponding calculation model for analysis. Then, under the constraints of fixed investment budget of the power grid, the future decision-making plan for transmission and distribution network planning is optimized.
