Abstract

The paper consider a dynamic system describing the perturbed motion of a descent probe with a small inertial asymmetry about the center of mass in the atmosphere of Mars. The aim of this work is to obtain an approximate discrete optimal control law of angular velocity of the probe. The dynamic programming method and the nonresonant averaging method are used in the synthesis of the angular velocity control law. The reliability of the obtained controlling law is confirmed by the results of numerical modeling of the angular velocity.
