Abstract
In order to improve the emergency response ability and the response efficiency of the public security intelligence department, the existing public security emergency intelligence mechanism need to be optimized. In the context of major public health emergencies, this research proposes an optimized design for the existing police emergency management intelligence mechanism. In this regard, a total of five emergency mechanisms in three layers are proposed, which can improve the existing problems in the current public security emergency management work, enrich the theory of specialized emergency management information mechanism, and give enlightenment to the normalized police and health department's emergency practice.
