Abstract
ABSTRACT We consider some optimal control problem governed by a class of differential equations with the spectral Dirichlet fractional Laplacian. Some sufficient condition for the existence of optimal processes are proved. The proof of the main result relies on the variational structure of the problem. To show that differential equations with the Dirichlet fractional Laplacian have a weak solution we employ the Ky Fan Theorem.
