Abstract

Considering the combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP)supply, the grid connected microgrid can utilize clean energy such as wind energy, photovoltaic energy and the waste heat recovering of micro-gas turbine after power generation, and supply cooling and heating to users, so it has better energy saving and emission reduction effect. In this paper, an optimal economic operation model of microgrid with net present cost as the optimization objective is established for the microgrid system consisting of wind turbine, photovoltaic cell, micro-gas turbine, waste heat boiler, storage battery and cooling, heating and electric load. The optimal configuration scheme is obtained by using HOMER. The energy saving and emission reduction effects of the system are verified by comparing the optimal scheme and the situation that the load is only supplied by the grid. Through the sensitivity analysis of the waste heat utilization rate of the micro-gas turbine with the optimal scheme, the benefit of improving the waste heat utilization rate is illustrated.
