Abstract

This paper aims to improve the reliability of multi-type load power supply, reduce the disorder of electric vehicle (EV) charging, and ensure the low-carbon economic operation of virtual power plant (VPP). Therefore, the optimal allocation method of low-carbon economy for VPP involving load aggregator (LA) participated by EV is proposed. First, a probabilistic model of electric load demand of a VPP is constructed, and an aggregation model of multiple types of uncertain loads is established based on the probabilistic model. Secondly, the disorder of EV charging is analyzed. Considering the time-of-use price policy, an optimization model with the maximum profit of load aggregator is established. Finally, the supply and demand matching model of VPP is established, and the minimum carbon emission and maximum net income of virtual power plant are optimized. Through simulation analysis, it is verified that this optimal configuration method can effectively improve the economics of EVLA and VPP, and ensure low-carbon operation of VPP.
