Abstract
The paper is aimed to provide an optimal condition for the global existence and blow up of the solutions to a chemotaxis system with two-species and two-stimuli under homogeneous Neumann condition with some smooth initial data in an arbitrary two-dimensional bounded domain. This condition greatly improves the previous results obtained by Lin and Xiang (2019).
