Abstract

The development of car electrification has alleviated the shortage of fossil fuel and severe environmental pollution. Electrification in the field of transportation has also been gradually applied to taxis, buses and commuter cars. Commuter cars follow fixed routes and time schedules, stopping at some stations and charging fast. This paper takes the running process of commuter car as the background to optimize the operation cost of charging stations. Renewable energy plays an increasingly important role in the energy society. The charging station get energy not only from the electric grid, but also from renewable energy and the energy storage configured in the charging station. Different charging stations are equipped with different types of renewable energy, such as photovoltaic and wind power, which have different output characteristics. By optimizing operation schemes of charging stations, the mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model is established, and the CPLEX solver of commercial software is used to solve the model. This paper discusses the impact of renewable energy output on charging schemes of electric vehicles, charging and discharging schemes of energy storage systems, and power interacting schemes of charging stations, so as to verify the effectiveness of the model.
