Abstract

Under the background of “carbon neutrality” and “carbon peak” targets, how to break the inter-provincial barriers and promote a wider range of clean energy consumption has become an urgent problem. This paper improves the traditional inter-provincial clearing model by introducing the correction coefficient of inter-provincial differences and the correction coefficient of carbon emission reduction. The results show that the improved clearing model can promote the wider consumption of clean energy in provinces. And it has better energy saving and emission reduction effect.
