Abstract

Energy network will greatly affect the operation and planning of large park integral energy system. Therefore, this paper proposed a bi-level allocation method for large park integral energy system considering energy network. The upper level aimed at minimum investment and operation cost of every energy station. While, the lower level aimed at minimum annual operation cost under the determined grid configuration given by upper level. In order to improve the calculation speed, the lower level model was established based on Distflow second order cone (SOC) model and linear heat network energy flow model. Finally, the simulation tests of different scenarios were carried out and the feasibility of the proposed method was verified.
