Abstract

AbstractOptically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) due to ESR of Mn in Zn1−xMnxTe is observed. The resonance is displayed in reconstruction of recombination spectra of free exciton, exciton bound to a neutral acceptor, and donor‐acceptor pairs in magnetic field. Two cases are treated: when electron and hole spin‐splitting energies are less or comparable to their spin temperatures (at Mn concentration x = 0.0025), and when spin‐splitting energies many times exceed spin temperatures (x = 0.08).
