Abstract
Photovoltaics and Photocatalysis Zhiyi Yuan, Pin Chieh Wu, and Yu-Cheng Chen present the theoretical and experimental progress on photovoltaics and photocatalysis enhanced by optical resonators in article number 2100202, which may provide a better understanding of energy photonics and inspirations for future energy applications. Various optical cavities from micron to nanoscale were discussed according to optical confinement, including Fabry–Perot, whispering gallery mode, photonic crystal, metasurface, plasmonics, and hybrid cavities.
