Abstract
The optical absorption and reflection spectra of p-type MnIn2Te4 single crystals were measured in the temperature range 77–300 K. The results demonstrate that the fundamental absorption edge in p-type MnIn2Te4 is formed mainly by the density-of-states tails due to the high density of native lattice defects.
