Abstract
It is uncommon for optic neuritis to complicate viral keratoconjunctivitis. A case of optic neuritis in a Korean citizen occurring during an attack of viral keratoconjunctivitis, which caused marked visual loss with rapid visual recovery following the administration of systemic steroids is here reported.
