Abstract

Disorder of cognitive functions is one of the earliest manifestations of chronic cerebrovascular pathology in patients with various cardiovascular diseases. Mild and moderate cognitive disorders worsen quality of patients’ life, influencing their professional activity. However, early diagnostics of cognitive disorder allows its correction and also administration of adequate therapy of the basic disease. Results of research of efficiency and safety of application of intravenous laser therapy at mild and moderate vascular cognitive frustration are presented. The research included 120 patients with mild and moderate vascular cognitive disorders. Among them, 60 patients received standard treatment in combination with intravenous laser therapy, other patients made a group of comparison. It was established that affected by intravenous laser therapy, manifestations of cognitive disorders, first of all mnestic and visuospatial, decreased. Besides, the decrease in aggregation of erythrocytes was observed in the main group of patients.
