Abstract

With the rapid development of genomics, proteomics and disease genomics, diagnosis has developed to analyze a wide variety of characteristics on genetic and molecular levels. Molecular imaging technology can visualize the occurrence and development process of diseases on molecular and cellular levels, and it can provide a comprehensive, continuous and non-invasive detection method which cannot be replaced by the existing micro-analysis technologies. Molecular imaging theory and technology will bring out an original approach to prevent, diagnose and treat diseases. Radiolabeled molecular probes are the prerequisite to achieve diagnosis and therapy on a molecular level and there are numerous opportunities in this field.KeywordsMolecular ProbeApply RadiationPhage Display Peptide LibraryRandom Peptide LibraryHypoxia ImagingThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
