These abstracts are excellent additions to the text. book is enriched by the expertise of the contributors, and is nicely illustrated with clear diagrams. section on retinal surgery, however, does not cover major surgical procedures and is limited to the management of penetrating ocular injuries, retinoblastoma, and lasers. The authors have provided easy-to-follow descriptions of the surgical procedures... first section on cataract surgery covers general, regional, retrobulbar, and peribulbar anesthesia.
