Abstract

Boundary value problems on configurations with edges, cf. Chapters 4 and 5 below, are based on a calculus on an infinite model cone of a local wedge, with a special control for r → ∞. Wedge operators are pseudo-differential operators with cone operator-valued symbols. They are connected with groups of isomorphisms in weighted Sobolev spaces on the infinite cone, induced by homotheties in the axial variable, and r → ∞ is regarded as a non-compact exit of the cone to infinity.
