Abstract
Abstract. Our aim in that paper is to set the operator theoretical formulation of boundary value problem for Sturm-Liovuille equation with unbounded operator coefficient and boundary condition involving Herglotz-Nevanlinna function of spectral parameter in boundary condition. We define minimal operator and give description of maximal operator.
