Abstract
目的 探讨小儿尿路结石腔内微创治疗的手术配合要点.方法 对187例尿路结石症患儿施行腔内微创手术治疗,分析总结术中护理方法和经验.结果 187例患儿手术均获成功,术中配合顺利,术中、术后无严重不良反应发生.结论 掌握小儿尿路结石症的相关知识,做好术前准备,熟悉手术步骤,熟练配合手术,有利于手术顺利完成。
