Abstract

Operative Hip Arthroscopy is a third edition update by the renowned hip arthroscopist J. W. Thomas Byrd, M.D., from Nashville. Dr. Byrd begins this text by dedicating the work to his 2 primary mentors, his father, Benjamin Franklin Byrd, Jr., M.D., and his fellowship director, James R.
