Abstract

The purpose of the research is to test the applied reality of technical education organizations whether they are learning organizations or traditional organizations repeating past experiences and practices. The research is applied to a sample of academics who practice education and training in the targeted organizations with a sample strength (173) teaching surveying their opinions through a questionnaire designed to detect the dimensions of learning organizations, the Readiness Statistical Program (SPSS) was used and scientific statistical tools were used for analysis and statistical processing. The results of the research indicates that the target organizations are much closer to describing learning organizations as they advanced the dimensions of the scale. except for the decline of the sub-dimension, the flexibility of the reward and internal system will change.
