Abstract
Abstract : The results are presented of an evaluation of Initial Data Link Air Traffic Control (ATC) Services. The Operational Evaluation was conducted at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Technical Center utilizing the Data Link test bed. Initial Data Link services were evaluated in order to identify service delivery methods which optimize controller acceptance, performance, and workload. (R.H.)
