Abstract

In order to evaluate operational state of distribution network and facilitate the economic dispatch considering distributed generators, operational evaluation system of distribution network considering distributed generators is proposed. Furthermore, complex evaluation indicators of safety, power quality and economy are defined to evaluate distribution network with distributed generators as well. The indicators hierarchy is established and their weights are calculated by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analysis the evaluation system. Taking some actual area distribution network as an example, the evaluation indicators are calculated before and after distributed generators are considered. The results show that distributed generators may cause the safety indicators, part power quality indicators deteriorated while the economic indicators improved. Based on this conclusion, we can decide how distributed generators connect onto distribution network, and identify the weak points of distribution network with distributed generators integration, which shows the validity of the proposed evaluation method.
