Abstract

We have developed a measurement system using a closed-cycle 4 K-refrigerator, and SFQ circuits have been tested at high frequency with this system. For this system, not only the cryostat but also the package and the module including a magnetic shield were developed. Micro-strip line was used as high frequency line and was connected to SMA connector in the module. A divider circuit composed of nine stages of TFF and a SFQ/DC converter was designed and fabricated with Nb process. We have succeeded in the operation of the 1/1024 divider circuit up to 12 GHz with direct input to the circuit.
