Abstract

The article discusses the problem of transforming the paradigm of organizing teachers in-service training from mega-centric to a convergent one, meeting the demands of the digital economy and focused on openness and accessibility. Specific examples of platforms on which the new model of teachers in-service training has been implemented are given.
