Abstract

Presentation for UCT's Open Data Day, 6th March 2020. The presentation is on Open Science with the Galaxy Project Community, especially in the context of computational chemistry. Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for accessible, reproducible, and transparent computational research.A brief overview of the types of chemistry data and a usecase of sharing a chemistry simulation in Galaxy is provided. Links to training and other Galaxy resources are included.
