Abstract

A four-branched graft (BG) in thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) open repair (OR) is especially ideal in four conditions: connective tissue disorder (CTD), dissection, great distance of visceral vessels in the native aorta, and reoperation for visceral patch aneurysm. While increasing the time to visceral vessel revascularization, it decreases the ischemic time of the legs and pelvis, possibly reducing spinal cord injury rates. We report the operative results of a single-center experience.
