Abstract
The article examines the issues of the formation and development of open banking in international and domestic practice, as well as the problems of legislative regulation of this area by the authorities regulating financial activities in different countries. The implementation of open banking ideas is currently fraught with a number of difficulties, since the disclosure of customer information affects the interests of various financial market players. В статье рассматриваются вопросы становления и развития открытого банкинга в международной и отечественной практике, а также проблемы законодательного регулирования данной сферы со стороны органов, регламентирующих финансовую деятельность в разных странах. Реализация идей открытого банкинга в настоящее время сопряжена с рядом трудностей, так как раскрытие информации о клиентах затрагивает интересы различных игроков финансового рынка.
