Abstract
This paper proposes constructing a digital twin-based CPPS (Cyber Physical Production System) linking OPC-UA that integrates smart factory and production processes. With the development of the CPPS integrated platform, the BOP (Bill of Process) management function was included from the pre-production process planning stage. An IoT-bas768ed MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) were established to monitor resource allocation and status information and process information records of facilities by linking P4R. A 3D CPPS integrated platform was modeled and OPC-UA was integrated to enable the integrated management of sensors and software to predict product production for the entire manufacturing process. Through OPC-UA linkage, the integrated linkage technology of equipment composed of digital twins and detection data of virtual factories, actual factories, and actuator operation information were applied.
