Abstract

Both decreased and increased cell-free (cf) DNA fetal fractions are associated with adverse obstetric outcomes in singleton pregnancies. The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between cfDNA fetal fraction and adverse obstetric outcomes in twin pregnancies in a large geographically diverse population.
