Abstract

Natural or low ovarian stimulus cycle IVF is minimally invasive, thus making it patient-friendly; however, a major drawback of this technique is that it involves the transfer of less dominant follicles. To overcome this, we examined whether small follicles that had not been previously retrieved improve the overall IVF outcome.
