Abstract
Educational exchange is an important part of diplomatic cultural affairs, which occupy an important position in international relations, and it is an important part in one country’s foreign policy. In the context of economic globalization, Traditional international educational exchange and cooperation can not meet the need; we must seek new areas of development. Ontology-based Educational Exchange Web Platform (OEEWP) is an important tool to obtain, share and use of educational resources. This paper analyzes the origins and meaning of ontology, and application of domain ontology in educational exchange. Based the research of ontology and domain ontology at home and abroad, OEEWP model is been constructed.
