Abstract

In this article we present a comparison of the psychological and epistemological theories of Ramon Llull with philosophical doctrines of the 13th century. For this purpose, the Liber novus de anima rationali serves as the main reference because it is the only work by Ramon Llull which deals with the soul in an Aristotelian framework.
