Abstract

Abstract : This report describes the on-orbit frequency stability performance analysis of the Global Positioning System (GPS) NAVSTAR 8 rubidium clock and the NAVSTARs 9 and 10 cesium clocks. Time domain measurements, taken from three GPS monitor sites and from the United States Naval Observatory (USNO), have been analyzed to determine the short and long-term frequency stability performance of the NAVSTAR clocks. The data presented include measurements from 1985.
