Abstract

This note supplements Nakao (2015), consisting of four sections: (A) elucidating the shortcomings of Weingast's (1995, 1997, 2005) static model of coordinated rebellion; (B) formally analyzing the dynamic model of rebellion with three players; (C) delivering numerical examples; (D) exploring how the Yugoslav Wars expanded.
