Abstract

The intensity of agricultural production in modern conditions is impossible without intensive saturation with high-performance equipment that ensures the combination of technological operations, taking into account soil fertility in the ecological products production of. The analysis of the used onion planters with runner-type openers is carried out and their existing shortcomings of the agro-technological planting operation in the production of marketable onions in agricultural farms of Russia are noted. The article presents a designed model of a runner-type opener with a roller gasket of the planting furrow bottom with given design parameters for planting bulbous crops. The traction resistance of the designed runner-type opener was determined, taking into account its design parameters and physical and mechanical properties of the soil. A stress-strain analysis of the runner-type opener body was carried out by using computer simulation in the KOMPAS-D computer-aided design system using the APM FEM module, which includes tools for performing 3D computational modeling, providing engineering analysis data management, predicting technical characteristics and behavior products on a single platform. The results of the analysis show that at a planting speed of 1.5 m/s, on medium loamy chernozems, the operating stresses arising in the opener body are significantly lower than the permissible values.
