Abstract

Versatile Multifunctional Coatings In article number 2206943, Lingyun Jia and co-workers develop a one-step assembly strategy to construct host-guest polyphenol coatings using tannic acid and polycyclodextrin particles. These coatings are responsive to high-temperature steam and pH, and can form free-standing films under physiological conditions. Furthermore, various metal ions and functional particles can incorporate into the coatings to enhance their versatile properties for multiple application prospects.
