Abstract

This article describes the work of Abulhasan Mawardi, who lived in the years 964-1058 which made a significant contribution to the development of the history of political and legal doctrine and the theory of public administration. Public administration means clarifying the selection and election of specialists for their positions, the conditions of employment of public servants, duties, responsibilities, duties, authority, political and legal doctrine and practice.
